Elm Hill Boat Ramp located in Elm Hill Recreation Area- I believe it costs $5 per car to park. You can walk along the trail to your right, along the water, all the way to some cliff jumping and a rocky spot to hang out

Located in South Cumberland State Park, it is a drive away from Nashville. But it is a beautiful natural swimming hole beneath a waterfall- with hiking, trails, camping, climbing, fall creek falls, and more!

About 30 minutes from Nashville- you can canoe, float, fish, and hike alongside the Harpeth River

Cummins Falls is a beautiful waterfall to hike into, even with a small swimming hole at the bottom. It is not the easiest hike in but not too difficult either, not many places to hang out at the falls other than some rocks 🙂 worth it.
